- RWRachel WDec 5, 20255.0My experience with Samantha today was above and beyond. My package was delivered to the parcel but we received the wrong key, so our package wasn't there. I called the local office and Samantha answered and helped me. She came out to find our package in another mailbox and delivered it to me. From the time I called, to the time she delivered our package was maybe less than 10 minutes. And she was so friendly. Thank you Samantha!
