- PGPhuc GglJun 8, 20231.0I am so disgusted with the customer service I’ve received and the fact that I’ve had to take time off work to babysit your company and rude employee. The post office is only open M-F from 8 to noon. This is an EXTREME hardship on the post office customers who are working full time. Amazon delivered a package in an envelope containing a 10 x 8 book. I never received notice from the rude employee that this had been delivered and continued to check the mail on my way home from work EVERY DAY, after the post office closes, because those hours are soooo convenient for the customers that they are supposed to be SERVING… Finally, I took an early lunch break (time off work) so that I could waste almost a half tank of gas and make a visit to that very rude employee and find out why my book never made it into a locker so that I could collect my purchase… He argued that he put a note in my box (this has been 9 days!!!) that note never made it to me My question is, does he not have a protocol to review packages that have not been picked up? Can he not, AS A COMMON COURTESY, to the customers that they serve review these on a weekly basis and maybe move them to a box to be picked up by the customers who don’t have the honor of conforming to your horrible customer service hours? Really? I am truly disgusted, I’m out almost an hour of work time, never got my lunch, too disgusted to eat and I’ve spent almost a half a tank of gas to be completely irritated and disgusted with your entire establishment.
