I called the post office twice on the 27th of January to ask him some questions regarding a delivery that was sent to them, which they delivered to another company (without going into detail). I was simply calling to clarify things for myself and I was already a bit frustrated about the situation I was calling about. Both times he sounded like he was speaking down to me. When I brought his attitude to his attention, he said he wasn't getting one. But yet, he continued to sound as though he got up on the wrong side of the bed that morning.....unless that's just his personality, in which case he should not be answering phones, nor should he be the manager at a post office where you have to deal with people, duh...he's ridiculous!
