- AAAdamSep 18, 20251.0Had a package delivered on Monday Sept 15th to the cluster box at my RV Park. I was out of town until late Tuesday evening the next day. The following day on Wednesday, the mail carrier REMOVED my package. I went to the box Wednesday afternoon to get my package and found a little note saying the package was sitting for 10 days, and now has to be picked up at the post office 5 miles away. Pretty ridiculous I don't even get 2 days to receive my package!!

- LFLiz FriedAug 26, 20191.0If you can avoid this post office do! They refused all of my important mail after my name changed when i got married such as my drivers license and Social Security card. When I tried to open up a new post office box for my husband and I they refuse my lease agreement as “a not valid form of identification” Even though on their application it lists a lease agreement as a Acceptable form of proof of residency. Apparently the front office lady talked with the post master And came back to tell me that they would except it “just this once”. I paid for the box and then they conveniently “Forgot” to put my name on my box and continued to refuse my mail for a month until I came in to see what was going on. They then told me that they would put my name on my box as soon as they got the chance. So I called the customer service to make a formal complaint. I got up fairly aggressive call from the postmaster it later that night chastising me for making a formal complaint since she said she would do it by the end of the day. In my opinion mail is a very important thing and should not be used as a tool to hold against somebody.
