- KRKen RootApr 6, 20261.0Saturday morning April 4th 2026 I had a friend drop off my medication I had left behind. We were charged $159 for overnight delivery and were assured that we would get my medicine on Monday the 6th at Steamboat Colorado. Well the package did not leave Camp Verde till this morning at 7.46. Now we are stuck in Steamboat till the 7th to get my medication. Really poor service! I imagine this is all on UPS. I did not get my package for 6 days. Pretty sad when the over night was ordered because I needed my medication. I am getting a refund for 70 percent of the cost. life goes on.

I don’t normally do reviews but I have had 3 experiences here and the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure I have been taken care of. They are kind, they are helpful and they find joy in the daily tasks of their jobs an interacting with clients. There are few places these days that have people thay actually care about their work and making their clients feel cared about. Thank you to everyone at this store!
- SSShaneMar 30, 20261.0Was told my items weren't here, had to argue with the owner and another clerk for 15 minutes before they cared enough to look hard enough to find my packages. Blamed Amazon, blamed CVS, blamed everyone else. Sure enough both items WERE here in separate spots! Then they gave me the excuse they hadn’t been entered into the system.. one delivered 5 days ago!!! Get it together people, its not hard to do a decent job! What a disappointment.
