The man today - 15 minutes ago- yelled at my husband in front of a lobby of people because we used a flat rate box with a prepaid shipping label. Which someone else at this location said we could use and it was FINE. He also said we need to order boxes online and not pick any up in store. Strange- thought they were free. Maybe instead of hiring rude, disrespectful people, this post office should hire kind people who are motivated to speak respectfully to customers. We will NEVER be back here. If you decide to come here, beware- the employees don't like being nice or helping the public.
