I would never write a review based off that but I came today to pick up a package and forgot my ID, I totally understand that exceptions can’t be made and that’s not the issue. It’s the WAY that Amanda handles customer service that is incredibly off putting almost as if she enjoys being rude. If you are in a customer facing role a kind and welcoming attitude goes a long way. I will be avoiding dealing with this location due to my interactions with her.
