- CGC GonzalezDec 16, 20253.0I want to give 1 star but the fact that the lady with long straight dark hair has always been amazing stops me from doing so. Today I had my neighbor pick up packages for me since I am sick and I also work doing business hours and would have never made it to the post office to get my packages. The man with glasses behind the counter first told her he couldn't give her the packages. She told him that I put in online for her to be authorized to pick up. He tells her he doesn't have access to that information. She then video calls me and I show my ID and he finally says he will get them. Only he was 1 package short, as one slip pulls up 2 packages. It pulled them both up online for me. So she has me send the missing package's tracking number. He goes to the computer with it and suddenly he sees the pick up order with her name as approved pick up. The fact that I made sure to put her as a pick up person yet we still had to jump through so many hoops to go about this is ridiculous. And him going to the computer to search for the missing package and then seeing her name as approved pick up tells me he couldn't be bothered before. I know I'm not the only one who has had issues with this man. My neighbor told me about her own past issues with him. Ever since my first encounter with him there has not been one positive interaction. HOWEVER, the lady with the long straight dark hair is always a joy and I never have had any issues when she is behind the counter. She is amazing and if I could line up all my package pick ups to her schedule I would. I really wish I knew any of their names.
