The website is very misinforming about what needs to be done before you come in for an appointment. The lady who handles passports was very disrespectful and had MAJOR attitude when I asked questions about anything. The man that also checked me in for the appointment was taking crap to the other workers about how I came “unprepared” and said it loudly to make sure I heard it. I highly recommend not to go there and go somewhere else where they will respect you.
