They don't understand what it is, or how it works.Amazing that a post office employee would not know how general delivery works, but this one doesn't. I had to educate them on how, but that didn't help my cause. I travel every summer and use this service often. Instead of declining ups delivery, which I understand if they do, they accepted and told me that they sent back the next morning. However I have no idea if that's true. I will update if it goes back to sender. If not they just kept for themselves.... 🙄
