Jazmyne is absolutely the shining star of tis Chino Valley store. I've been going to that store for 9 years now and I have to be honest, it's been rough with the employees that have gone through there. Jazmyne has turned that completely around. It's just pretty much all about Jazmyne. Your services are your services but Jazmyne runs the show of customer service.

Part II Well Tabitha, since you don't want to know what it is that I want from your store to make this situation right, I am going to tell you anyway. I want this to be a memorable experience for you, your nasty, rude, and disrespectful employee and now the franchise owner of your four stores as well. The cover up is almost always worse than the original crime. And that is what you are doing. And to pursue that goal, I have been in contact with your corporate headquarters to find out what the protocols are for resolving disputes between individual stores and unhappy customers. And so, in addition to my social media campaign, I am now going to take this up with the UPS store HQ to find out if they care more than you do. And just FYI, this is not a "he said", "she said" because there are as many cameras in your store as a bank and so everything was recorded and you have that video. If you really cared, you would review that recording and see that this is not a "he said" versus "she said", this is about you lying and covering up for your terrible employee. You also wrote one thing about your response to my reviews on media sites, and you gave me quite different responses in your emails. You are a liar, and I am going to expose your lies to not only your corporate office, but to the public as well. And I have already won because this is now a memorable experience for you, isn't it? But even so, this is far from over because you are still in possession of my mail. And it wasn't that your store policy for key refunds wasn't explained better to me, it was that it wasn't explained to me at all and I was told another lie and that my key deposit was being retained because my box had expired the previous day at midnight and that is how this whole ordeal began. It is your responsibility to take care of my mail and give it to me whereas I am under no obligation to stand there and take abuse from your nasty, rude, and disrespectful employee while she leisurely sorts through my mail with it in her hands. And this entire nasty exchange happened in front of several other customers who were waiting in line behind me which made it quite embarrassing for me. I walked out instead, but that does not absolve you of your duty to take care of my mail. Your employee thought she had power over me because she was holding my mail and now you think the same thing because you have not only my mail, but my driver's license that you failed to tell me about as well. What were you planning on doing with it? And I now want to be compensated for the emotional and physical distress this entire event has caused me. Tell your UPS Store franchisee to get out his checkbook because that is the only way this is going to end.

Part I I have been a customer at the UPS store in Chino Valley, Arizona for several years now off and on and my most recent personal mailbox contract with them expired at midnight on November 30, 2025. Yesterday. I went there today to pick up my mail and close out the box because I have been very unhappy with the service and the quality of the people who work there for the last year, they have a high turnover rate and often the people seem to be unhappy and unqualified for customer service. The person who helped me and she had the worst attitude of anyone who I have delt with in there since I became unhappy with so much of the service there. When I asked this nasty, rude and disrespectful person about the refund for my key deposit and she replied, “What refund?” in a nasty, rude and disrespectful tone and since I am a retired federal agent with 30 years of service, I have made a promise to myself not to deal with anymore nasty, rude, disrespectful people during my Golden Years since I had enough of that on the job unless I absolutely have to and I don’t have to in a town with better choices. After I said, “What?” that nasty, rude and distrustful person said in a nasty, rude, and disrespectful tone, “Your mailbox expired on November 30th, and I was monetarily confused since every day is a Saturday to me and I thought maybe I had the date wrong and so I said, “Wasn’t yesterday November 30th?” And then that nasty, rude, and disrespectful person shrugged her shoulders and gave me a rude, nasty, and disrespectful smirk. And so, I turned and walked away rather than telling her exactly what I thought of her and her attitude. I am moving my business to “Chino Ship and Copy” (which is locally owned and operated, and I have heard nothing but good about them) down the street, and I suggest you do the same. I can’t be the only person who has complained about this nasty, rude, and disrespectful person and so I’m sure the manager knows exactly who I am referring to. Unless of course you like dealing with nasty, rude, and disrespectful people, in which case the Chino Valley UPS Store is the right place for you.
