  @Debra Johnson do not be fast to judge that it is the workers fault for doing her job. If you read your AMAZON INSTRUCTIONS it will automatically tell you to pack your items back into the box or bag that was provided to you with your items in it (Meaning under your QR Code it says CUSTOMER PACKED). You said it has been multiple times it happened to you also meaning that the workers are doing what Amazon is telling them to do. These workers at the UPS STORE are doing the best that they can at these busy times of shipping. So i hope you treat them with more respect than you been giving.. Also thank you to Debra Jabs for recognizing what these workers do at the store. I know that they really appreciate the reviews that you give them.

  This place has multiple times tryed to upcharge for box and will charge for an inch of tape. The box upcharge is a scam and not required. Philipino lady is incredibly rude. If this is privately owned, ups should have them closed. Go to prescott if you want customer service.

  Jocelyn, Such an amazing Employee! Im in this store at least once a week, and she is the hardest working employee, always on the go helping customers and doing many other tasks. I hope she is recognized For the amazing job she does every day, she is an asset to your company and our small community! Being around customers who are not being very nice at times , she always stays patient, calm and respectful. Thank You Jocelyn :)

  The Filipino lady is the most condescending, lazy, and abrasive person to deal with. She does not want to work, and she makes it well known!

  Joycelyn was great. She was helpful and quick. She got through a good size line quickly. Be careful with the new door, the hinges work a little too well. 😉
