  I had a great experience at the upstairs store thanks to Carlos and Cara. They were both extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure I found exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about helping customers, and they definitely made my visit a positive one. I’ll be coming back because of them!

  Carlos, Cara and Sadie are amazing! Alesia have a smile on their faces. I love it when I walk into the store and see any of them. If you want costumer service with a smile, come to the UPS store 4060, they will make your day as they serve you!

  Great location. Jimmy and the team have the best customer service. This location is out of my way, but I come here because of the good service and friendly atmosphere. UPS stores are a dime a dozen out here, however I want to give my business to people who appreciate it.

  This UPS Store is great, and welcoming. Very friendly atmosphere and employees. Especially the employee Jimmy who went above and beyond to help me figure out the details with getting my package mailed out. Thank you Jimmy and UPS 4060.

  Everyone here is especially kind and helpful. They are also knowledgeable beyond their scope. Carlos and Cara walked me through an Amazon return today, helping me print a UPS label to send something through their location vs being forced to use a UPS hub or pickup.
