- RMRob ManMar 30, 20261.0**This is a review for UPS in general. I shipped an item from this location that was $35 total. It was an item that i sold on Ebay. UPS damaged the package so bad it was no longer in the package when it arrived to the buyer. i have spent over 40 hours calling UPS and finally they said they would send me the $35 only that they supposedly sent it to ebay and not to me. When i call ebay they told me they cant receive payments and that UPS is basically lying to me. I provided them with my full name and address to send the check but they wouldn't. I will NEVER use UPS again. the absolute worst customer service i have ever dealt with in my life. I guess if your package makes it to whomever you are sending it to great. If it doesn't and you have issues, best of luck to you!!! you won't get anywhere with this company. The people at this store also told me they are a separate entity and they can't help at all which if that's the case, remove the UPS logo.

He was very rude to my wife when she phoned him to ask about printing a poster. When I called him to ask for an apology he hung up on me. Twice. I don't think you want a man like this managing your store. I would appreciate a response.
