    The service in printing sucks, the machines are broken and the Jake the worker is happy suggesting we us the library and other places. Is this professionalism? I know I come here to get professional help, not a clown trying to be funny. Thanks for nothing

    Is this a legit business or a hangout spot? Just stop by because I missed my UPS package. Employees on their phones, confusing lines and no one is being helpful with misleading directions. How can in a store with at least 4 employees two are on the phone, one has left four people in line for over 20 minutes without any indication of where or for how long, and the remaining ones have zero sense of urgency. Picking up a missed UPS package at an “authorized UPS pickup spot” took over 30 minutes. This was not a trip to a business establishment, it felt more like a humiliation ritual.

    Terrible service during my last visit. There was a customer with five Amazon packages to return who also wanted to mail out a package; yet the employee insisted on continuing to serve her, even though there were quite a few of us waiting in line to return packages as well—and not a single lazy Staples employee bothered to step up and help.
