    Thank you so much Christian for your help with the Christmas card I sent from the post office in Chandler on Carla Vista that I inverted the address to San Tan Valley 😊 I filled out something on the internet explaining what I did and Christian called my cell, left a message and also followed up with an email. I responded to the email. I'm so happy it arrived today in San Tan Valley. I'm also grateful to the carrier that figured it out and delivered the card. Made my year. Thanks again

    Only reason I am giving 3 stars is for the gentleman who helped me at the front desk. I would have given 0 starts if I had the option.. I waited in line to drop off a package on my route to work. I was next in line and walked up to “ Janeah “ (black lady I’m assuming up front ) with my QR code ready to scan. She blankly stared at her screen, Did not acknowledge me.. I proceeded to wait as I watch the gentleman next to her continued helping the following people in line very quickly. “ Janeah “ didn’t seem to do much on the computer. Her energy felt as if she wanted to avoid me. She mentioned to wait back in line and so I did.. As I was up next getting help on the other side, she called up the next person in line! At a post office, it’s not professional to pick and choose who you would like to help out. Unsure if she was having a bad morning or probably does not want to be at work or she may be insecure. The gentleman to her right with glasses was very friendly and helped me quickly after I stood up there extra time for “ Janeah “ to do her job. Save yourself some time and go to the self service machine if your label is ready and just needs to be printed. Sadly I was unable to due to my box not balancing on the scale..

    My tiring day came to a happy close thanks to the kindness of the staff at this post office. I was deeply impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine effort to provide prompt and courteous service. Their sincere and attentive manner made a lasting impression on me.     A+ for Christian specifically with honorable mention to William, they have been a bright light in an otherwise very distressing time The site admin and communication from leadership has been abysmal, however, as our business mailboxes owned by USPS were vandalized in November and there is no ETA on a replacement and the ridiculous reasons why the bank of broken mailboxes has not yet been replaced is beyond comprehension. Small businesses cannot go to the post office to get held mail daily, and many times we have left empty handed. It would be nice if the carrier and the supervisor Jennifer could make an effort to reach out to all the small businesses impacted at the plaza, but we have not been contacted.
