A gentleman named Oliver asked how can I help. He took the initiative to bubble wrap the device without me going through the whole process. No extra charge other than the great service. Thank you for being so helpful Oliver.

I recently moved into a new construction neighborhood and had multiple issues with package deliveries being marked as “failed delivery.” Eric personally came to our neighborhood, checked everything, and spoke directly with the carrier to make sure future deliveries would go smoothly. He even helped locate and retrieve all of our packages for us.
- AAAaronJan 15, 20265.0I made an online purchase and somehow an old address was used. I only saw the problem after the purchase shipped. I called this P.O. branch (that handles my mail) on their direct line and actually got an answer-a very helpful worker, explained the problem. He said he'd check on the package and try to re-route it and he did! However the purchase included 2 separate shipments, I called again after second shipment was out, and now the package was stuck between the incorrect and correct address. I talked to another worker explained what the first person had done-he said he would work on it and he called me later to confirm the package should arrive the next day. A third worker left a VM the next day saying the package would be delivered that day-and it was. This is great service at the local level.
