- ZZzeDec 18, 20251.0I swear this world is getting more frustrating by the day. UPS guy came to pick up an item, Amazon sent a request but didn't confirm date. I told him this situation and I didn't have the package ready because I just requested this only hours before. The UPS driver criticized me for not being able to just go to a drop off in person at the store. This was the whole point of me doing a pickup at my door. If I wanted to drop off the package in person I would have done that instead of a pickup at my door. He ended up just walking away and not providing me any options such as redelivery for pickup, very rude and frustrating. These lazy drivers always don't even deliver to my door and always drop off the package in the open where people steal packages.

Her son was named Aaron also and she explained to me what happened and it gave me goose bumps. She is very nice at the counter in the mornings with the Aaron tattooed to her arm. God bless you!
