Came in for a Notary and was helped by Nia. She was very helpful, kind and patient. Nia’s customer service was great!! She. Treat us. Like. Family member we love. We feel so comfortable with her thx. Appreciate it.

I like to put a complaint in to the store. I was the only one it’s about 335 pm when I came in I believe at the store. There were several people at the counter and I spoke to Nina. She seemed so reluctant in no people skills for customer and I try to talk to her and I felt like she wasn’t gonna help me. I just wanted to know out of all the drop-down for the Wi-Fi which one would I use and it was just a lot of reluctantly I thought I was going to initially to my favorite FedEx but I guess it’s across the street and I came to the UPS store hoping I can get a pre-page print out never accomplished so this girl sits in the back. I walked in to get a card and she said with another lady her name’s Nina the one that needs to be let go believe Me.

This by far is the worst UPS store...its never staffed for servicing customers I have given them 4 trys he/she needs to employ folks as well once there were 4 people staff 1 register he had the others packing boxes with a line of 6 people out the door 3 of us just walked out...corporate needs to follow up on the service of the franchise owned as the option is in the strip mall there is an efficiently ran FedEx store and I am at that point of just not electing to use UPS as the next closet UPS store in both directions is 5 miles away when this location is less than .1miles....
