Went in to make a return on an item purchased and needed help finding the right bag to send it in and then to ship it off. Gio greeted me as I walked in and told me the bag that would work for shipping. He walked me through everything and was friendly and we chatted and had a nice conversation. It is close to my home and I found it very easy and convenient to use. Appreciate the customer service and attention to detail. Thank you Gio!

Walked in and there was one customer being serviced, one in line and 2 associates. No associate even acknowledged my presence for at least 5 minutes. There were 2-3 people that filtered in while I waited. No greeting for any of these customers either. When I finally DID get addressed, no apology for the wait, no courtesy at all. I told the person I needed a fax. The person took my docs and, without asking what the fax number was, read the first number from the cover sheet and faxed it. Turns out it was the From number. I waited 2-3 more minutes till my important legal documents spilled all over the floor out of order w/ no consideration from the associate. Then the fax came to my cell phone. Told them about it, and they replied "well the fax number isn't on the form". Of course, they never ASKED for the number---just assumed, to avoid customer contact I'm guessing. After re-ordering my documents (ORIGINALS) from a thankfully scanned copy, the entire process repeats: the machine scans and drops all my papers on the floor in a mess. 10 minutes later, fax complete, I'm out of there. If you want to be treated like dirt, use this place. If you want to be treated like a human paying customer, go somewhere else. I'd drive 10 or more miles NOT to use this place; although not necessary because there are many of these around.
