  Supposedly it’s open but nobody is there! Everytime I drive here 5 miles it’s locked up No hours posted!

  The associate, Teresa I think,was very rude multiple times. We were shipping our wedding rings to be resized and the associate was unwilling at first to package up our box while we were in the store due to a line (which we had waited in) but we told her that the items were our wedding rings and we needed to see them boxed up she was not polite. and then she walked away and boxed them up in the back out of sight and when we said we wanted to see them boxed up to know they’re in there (and we offered that we would do it ourself) if she gave us tape (which we were charged for) she said we can’t use their tape. She had an attitude the entire time and was rude to the customer before us as well and threw her arms up when saying I don’t know while talking to them as well.

  Apparently some people have poor experiences here but I've been coming here for 10 years or more now, mostly to return Amazon stuff and never had a single issue.

  BE AWEARE. GET A RECEIPT. I was sending a high value item back to get repaired. The employee refused to print out a receipt after I asked 3 times. He just refused. I said this is the only way that the company would know and be able to track it. It's the only evidence that I dropped this off here is the receipt. The employee got upset and said "I am NOT even going to spend my time explaining to 'YOU PEOPLE' how things work". He printed the receipt and then roughly handed it to me. What does YOU PEOPLE mean? That sounds pretty racist to me. The employee was a Hispanic Male. I went to another store and had a great experience. I didn't even get a chance to ask for a receipt and the lady just printed it out. I told her the story about how this person won't print out the receipt. She said that it's their job to print the receipt out. If they don't want to, it means that they are probably most likely going to steal the package. There is no other reason. If it does not get logged in the system, it's your word against theirs. I sure hope that he is not stealing packages.

  We often have Amazon returns. Sometimes we have a LOT of boxes. They get me in and out promptly and have even assisted me to get large boxes on the door.
