- HAHalely Anderson3 days ago1.0BE AWEARE. GET A RECEIPT. I was sending a high value item back to get repaired. The employee refused to print out a receipt after I asked 3 times. He just refused. I said this is the only way that the company would know and be able to track it. It's the only evidence that I dropped this off here is the receipt. The employee got upset and said "I am NOT even going to spend my time explaining to 'YOU PEOPLE' how things work". He printed the receipt and then roughly handed it to me. What does YOU PEOPLE mean? That sounds pretty racist to me. The employee was a Hispanic Male. I went to another store and had a great experience. I didn't even get a chance to ask for a receipt and the lady just printed it out. I told her the story about how this person won't print out the receipt. She said that it's their job to print the receipt out. If they don't want to, it means that they are probably most likely going to steal the package. There is no other reason. If it does not get logged in the system, it's your word against theirs. I sure hope that he is not stealing packages.

I usually go to my local UPS store, but I stopped here one morning after leaving Whole Foods nearby, and unfortunately, I experienced nothing but rudeness. I am not sure if the individual who helped me was a staff member or the owner, but his behavior was very degrading. It is truly disheartening to see minorities look down on one another as if they are superior, when in reality, we should be united and supportive of each other. As a Franchise Specialist and the Founder of Franchisee Voices, who spent two years in court fighting on behalf of franchisees, I find it especially disappointing to witness this type of behavior from franchise owners, particularly when it involves minorities treating others with such disregard.
