  Great experience overall. The staff was professional, attentive, and knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was handled efficiently, with no unnecessary delays or confusion. You can tell they care about doing the job right. Would absolutely recommend.

  Over the Christmas Holiday I had 18 packages I had to ship out all over the United States. When I went to the USPS store closest to me, all the medium sized boxes were gone and none were in the back. Since I had been planning on using the medium-sized priority boxes to ship everything I knew I needed to pivot. I came to this UPS store where I was cheerfully greeted by Tammy. I explained the situation and she found which boxes would work best... keeping in mind that all the items had been thoughtfully wrapped in Christmas Cheer and wanting to make sure nothing would get squished. She then went through the 18 mailing addresses and patiently worked with me while we got to the end of the list. I was worried about building 18 boxes and packaging everything up while there was a line forming behind me as I didn't want to be in the way. I asked Tammy how we could best manage that and she sweetly said "don't worry, I'll take care of it". She put my items to the side to be boxed and packed up a little later and pivoted to the awaiting customers behind me. I left with confidence that she would take care of it all and I've already received calls of thanks telling me that the receipients received their packages with care. Thank you UPS Store, and thank you Tammy. You gave a 10/10 customer service experience!
