- LBLeslie Bratspis5 days ago5.0I needed business cards in a hurry. Called the print department and got an email address to attach some ideas. The cards were ready for pickup the next day. I never expected such fast service! For print jobs, I highly recommend Staples.
- RRRebecca RNov 14, 20255.0I needed a brochure printed for an event on Saturday. Thursday night 10pm I put a Hail Mary next day order in to staples thinking next day would be Friday. But technically it went in on business day Friday so it would’ve been ready Saturday, the day of my event. However, they were working on it Friday morning at 11:30. The employee (maybe Alex?) saw the image did not download correctly and made a call to me. He put the order on hold till I could get there at 6:00. WhenI got to the store with my laptop, Matt worked with me to get the image sent directly to him, printed me a sample copy, let me adjust something on the design, then reprinted and folded the order in minutes. Fantastic service! Warp speed and saved me! Even when I called in to the store a bit earlier, a woman listened to my questions then put me on hold and walked over to the printing department to get clarification. This is a Friday night. I have always had a good experience at this store, even with Amazon drop off and picking up supplies. But tonight, the team on deck, 11/14/25, was amazing all the way. I’m so grateful there are still brick and mortar stores with real people doing fantastic jobs.
