  This is the third time I order something for same day printing and the machine is broken AGAIN! I purposely waited an extra day and still the same issue. I'm done with you guys. Never going back.

  Got my wrapping paper order canceled. If you can’t keep up with demand stop taking orders. Took them over a week of telling me that would be ready to just say they didn’t have paper to print once I’m at the store that it’s 30min from my house on the day that was supposed to be ready. Horrible customer service.

  I typically don’t leave bad reviews, but I was very disappointed in the way that I was treated this evening by a young gentleman with a small build wearing a black beanie, kind of a grungy look to him. Again I typically don’t do this. I do not want people losing their jobs, but I do think that you have a responsibility of treating your customers with respect. I felt disregarded and ignored then disrespected. I walked to the counter to return two Amazon items. I had my QR code ready. he was talking on his mic for a while acting as if i wasn’t even standing there. so I waited for him to let me know he was ready. I was very patient when I asked if he was waiting on something after he was done and still yet to say a word to me , he said “you” with a condescending tone. I found it to be very rude and disappointing. Somebody needs to teach him how to speak to people and at the very bare minimum greet your customers.. eye contact alone could have gone a long way.

  on Black Friday I bought from Milan at the Staples location a Apple Watch an Apple iPad and an iPhone 17 I was supposed to get $300 worth of Staples rebate. I only received 100. I called him. He said he was gonna get back to me, he never did. I went into the store today to find out who escalated it to and he would not give me the gentleman’s phone number if you’re gonna By Verizon phone service I’d recommend going to a Verizon store it definitely not this store and definitely not Milan

  The most inconsistent print shop I've dealt with. It started with my business cards being crooked and improperly cut - reprinted 3 times. I gave them another shot with my Christmas cards, and there were visible printer lines and jagged cuts. After two reprints, they said their printer is down and they're not sure when they can start to reprint this order again. This printing team doesn't know what they're doing, but worse is they're printing this poor quality and still putting it in box.
