We went here to look at time management systems. It was probably a bad time of year to pursue planners and calendars, being late February, but the teenager suddenly needed one. They had an okay supply of weekly planners even at that time. We didn't visit the rest of the aisles. Employees were pretty helpful, especially at check out. It's pretty far south on Arizona relative to Mesa.

They lost my package and are unwilling to help. I came in with a UPS package for a return. The guy working the printer section (i think his name was Tim) said I could leave it on the counter and I'm good. Trusting he'd do his job properly, I left it there and left. A couple days past and i got 0 updates from UPS regarding my return. I went back to the store to ask and they showed me a list of tracking ids from that day and ofc mine was missing. Meaning the guy did not scan my package. I called UPS and they said the store would have to file a claim. I asked the store manager, Carolyn to help me. Absolutely 0 help. Its been a week and she wont reply to my emails or answer my calls even though she agreed to help. They are so unhelpful and they wont pay me what THEY LOST.
