The guy working the printer section (i think his name was Tim) said I could leave it on the counter and I'm good. Trusting he'd do his job properly, I left it there and left. A couple days past and i got 0 updates from UPS regarding my return. I went back to the store to ask and they showed me a list of tracking ids from that day and ofc mine was missing. Meaning the guy did not scan my package. I called UPS and they said the store would have to file a claim. I asked the store manager, Carolyn to help me. Absolutely 0 help. Its been a week and she wont reply to my emails or answer my calls even though she agreed to help. They are so unhelpful and they wont pay me what THEY LOST.
