He took the time and to explain each, and every printer with the value of each one was and how long the ink would last in each one approximately He was very friendly at no point did I ever feel rushed. I returned the next day and he helped me right away with the printer that I needed. It was a simple process for me as I didn’t have to Over town to find the correct printer. I came home and looked online to see if there was any better deals, and there was not so I went back and purchased the printer from Staples. We came home and set it up and it was working great I love it.
