  I work right next door and needed to ship a package that was already packaged up and had the label and right away was told “we don’t ship fedex you have to go to the fedex store” and then told him it wasn’t FedEx it was UPS and the was told the same thing but multiple of my coworkers have gone and had packages shipped….also it’s not like as if I don’t work right next door and see the mailing trucks come and pick up. MY REPLY: false, I had the shipping label printed out as well bc the QR code WAS the shipping label but I was never explained anything other then they didn’t ship FedEx OR ups….i misunderstood nothing he didn’t explain anything and was on a phone call on his personal phone as if he had no time for customers coming in. I did not misunderstand anything and had the shipping label printed out as well but showed the QR code thinking it would be easier…if I was told I needed the physical shipping label I would have gave it but I was TOLD I needed to go to the carriers store, thanks! But no need to lie:)

  I won’t go back here. This person is so rude. I thought ok maybe he was having a bad day. Gave him another chance. He REFUSED to give me a receipt. Now I worry if my package does not arrive-I have no receipt to prove I sent it. What kind of place does this???

  I had a package that needed to be shipped via FedEx this showed up as a FedEx location but it is a privately owned logistics company. I had the privilege of speaking with Bongsu. My package was slightly larger than what they accept and he recommended I went to a different location I explained I was on a time crunch even offered to tip him he made an exception and accepted the larger package on a Saturday understanding I had a time crunch to achieve that morning 10 out of 10 stars if I could would recommend this company it was an absolute gentleman and willing to work with me and understood that I just needed to get that package out as soon as possible Great company. And Bongsu is an amazing guy!

  The owner is very nice and helpful. Even if you have a prepaid return - they will accept it and I've never had any issues with the package not being picked up. I've shipped both USPS and UPS returns with no issues. They also have a print center if you need.
