    Have used this place many times with no problem. Went to drop off a FedEx package wth an expensive item inside and asked for a return receipt. The man refused and said "if you don't trust us go somewhere else!" This was incredibly rude. It's not that we don't trust him, it's If FedEx loses the package then we have proof we dropped it off!

    The owner is very nice and helpful. Even if you have a prepaid return - they will accept it and I've never had any issues with the package not being picked up. I've shipped both USPS and UPS returns with no issues. They also have a print center if you need.

    Do not use this man. I went today with an unwrapped item I knew weighed 2.8lbs. I asked him to weigh it for shipping. His scale does not have a total that points to the customer, only to him. I asked him several times to give me the weight of that item on the scale. He then told me 4 lbs was the weight. I knew that was wrong. I said, "Are you sure?" He stated several times the weight was 4 lbs. I knew his weight was really off and I walked out.
