They said it's their policy even though that's not stated on the receipt and they don't tell you that if you buy a box. I know it's not a lot of money but it's just annoying. The prices they quoted me for shipping were outrageous. One box they tried to charge me almost $600. I ended up shipping five boxes at UPS for less than $800. They also would not honor a discount that I had and they said they don't honor any discounts. I will never use a FedEx again.

To make matters worse, another customer who entered after me was still assisted while I was escorted out. This was unfair, inconsistent, and completely unacceptable customer service.
