Long story short the bill was real but was created erroneously by FedEx internal computing system. Being that I shipped the item from this store, I called and was able to speak to an employee and then eventually store manager Jessica who helped me resolve this issue and correct a bill that was not my fault. Thank you Jessica for going well above! Your support and not giving up was so appreciated, especially when the phone support was not helpful.

Another Terri le fed ex experience. NEVER YSE FEDEX at any location. Terrible company culture (at their print stores) terrible customer service (at their print stores).
