His customer service is truly above and beyond. A big thank you as well to Jessica, the store manager! she jumped in right away and made sure everything was handled smoothly, assigning the job to Gavin so it could be completed on time. Long story short the bill was real but was created erroneously by FedEx internal computing system. Being that I shipped the item from this store, I called and was able to speak to an employee and then eventually store manager Jessica who helped me resolve this issue and correct a bill that was not my fault. Thank you Jessica for going well above! Your support and not giving up was so appreciated, especially when the phone support was not helpful.
- RWRyan WinkleOct 14, 20251.0Im here now paying to print flyers and I asked to use the restroom to one of the clerks coming out of the “employee restroom” that was Next to the out of order “guest restroom” he said that I had to go to another Busiess or place to use the restroom instead of using the employee restroom that was right next to the guest restroom which was out of order. Another Terri le fed ex experience. NEVER YSE FEDEX at any location. Terrible company culture (at their print stores) terrible customer service (at their print stores).
