I ordered a specific size to fit a frame and when I got home the print did not fit the frame. I called the shop to let them know and they said they’d be glad to trim the print to fit the frame...cutting off the entire border of the print. I told them I didn’t want the border to be trimmed off but that I would like it to be printed in the size I had ordered. They said the file I sent them would not allow it to be printed at the size I had ordered, which is fine but it would have been nice if they had told me that before they printed it and before I paid for a poster that does not fit my frame! They made no effort to make it right.
