It is now missing and FedEx are saying it was never scanned in and that it has likely been stolen. I have tried calling the store. When I first started to explain the issue they hung up on me and then didn't answer when I tried calling back several times. I gave the store an opportunity to help resolve the problem but since they were unwilling a police report has been filed. It seems from other reviews that this is not an isolated incident at this location

I showed up 5 minutes after close to have my tax return mailed out and she was able to flag down the postman after he had just left and thankfully I got it to him. No late fee! Thank you!
