Shout out to David for helping me get my packages sent out! There is not a self service kiosk, but no worries if you come during business hours they will scan your QR code and print the label for you! David made my experience fast and easy and was kind and informative!

I came here to ship a package for Christmas because the other post office closer to me was super busy, and had a great experience. I decided this would be my go-to post office from now on. Not anymore, after my experience on Monday.
I went in to ship a package and an older gentleman is working (I don’t recall his name). He puts in the address I’m shipping the package to, and proceeds to not ask me any questions about how long I want the shipping to be, and also did not confirm that the address HE typed in was correct. He proceeds to keep skipping through the screens where you verify the address, pick the shipping times etc without letting me read anything. He just assumed I wanted the longest shipping option. I paid for the shipping and he hands me the receipt and I notice the delivery city is wrong. I tell him the city is wrong and he looks at the package and goes “this is the zip code you wrote” and I say no it’s this zip code and he goes “your 4 looks like a 6, you need to write better” with an attitude. THIS IS WHY YOU ALWAYS VERIFY THE ADDRESS WITH THE CUSTOMER. I’ve never been to a post office that didn’t verify this. Even the last time I came here they made me verify it. My handwriting clearly was not that bad if he read everything else on the package correctly. Then, a survey pops up on the screen with the happy and sad faces to rate my experience, and he proceeds to REACH OVER THE COUNTER AND HIT THE SMILEY FACE. Luckily my package arrived to the correct location, but I was worried about it all week and this 100% could have been avoided had he DONE HIS JOB.
I will never be returning to this post office. Learn to treat your customers better.
