    The people in there are always so nice and so helpful. They always greet you when you come in and say welcome.Anjelica is always warm and welcoming she always ask how your day is and always says thank you and have a nice day. She's very warm and very friendly

    I had the best service. Nichole was very helpful. It was my first time sending something out and she made it very easy very stress free. She helped me pick the correct box to ensure all my loved one’s belongings would fit and gave me an estimate so I knew I had enough money to send out this box. I really appreciate all her help and couldn’t have got this done without her.

    The UPS Store was very busy when I arrived, but each entering the store was greeted by employees who worked patiently and efficiently handling each customer in a professional way. Anjelica helped me but I’d like to give kudos to all employees for great service! Thank you!

    I would give Nicole’s (manager) customer service a 0 if I could, but I had to select 1 star just to post this. I had a package delivered via UPS that was mistakenly sent to the wrong address. UPS offered me two free options to correct the issue: return to sender or have it redirected to a UPS drop-off location. I chose to have it delivered to the drop-off. When I received a call that my package had arrived, I was told I would need to pay $5 to pick it up. Confused, I contacted UPS directly, and they confirmed that the service I selected was free and noted my account so I would not be charged. When I went into the store, I asked to speak with Nicole. Instead of addressing the situation, she immediately asked, “How would you like to pay, cash or card?” I explained that UPS had already confirmed I should not be charged. Her response was, “I’m not going to give you anything free… so how would you like to pay, cash or card?” I then asked for her manager or the owner’s contact information. Nicole refused to provide it and said they all share the same email. When I asked her to call the owner, she initially refused and then said, “Do you want to refuse your package?” After insisting, she finally contacted the owner. When she returned, she told me, “The owner said take your package and never have it delivered here again—we will note your account.” I left quietly, but I was shocked and embarrassed by how I was treated, especially in front of other customers. I have never had a negative experience with this location before, but Nicole’s behavior was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. This is not how customers should be treated under any circumstance.
