So according to the post office they're not accountable for their negligence or actions. Amazon delivered a package through the post office to me well the boxes don't fit in the little mailboxes so they put them in a bigger box and put a key in your mailbox you get it well the mailman put my key in somebody else's box and their key in my box so I open my box it was three packages and none was mine. Mine was nowhere to be found so I went to the address that was on the package he said yeah I got your mail but I put it back in the box. I said why would you put it back in the box when you cannot lock them . Lo and behold it's not there so I can't hold the post office responsible for their negligence. They expect Amazon to pay for their mistake. The manager at the post office all she would say is we went and looked for it we didn't find It. I said why would you look for it when you know it's already gone that sounds like a cover up to me. Then she turned around tells me I can't double dip I said who's double dipping I didn't ask you for any money you owe Amazon if they replace it. Every time the post office delivers the package to meet this address there's a problem with it either don't show up at all or it's broke or something they should have a negative 10 for the score

Twice I’ve come in to try to mail a package and the stock of post office boxes is non-existent! There are no supplies.

Staff working today have no customer service, I seen an elder woman go to the counter asking for help about a package she mailed out the 1 lady told her she couldn’t help with out specific information, was dismissive to the elder woman & said she had to wait to talk to the lady who helped her at her initial visit, and then told the staff next to her to help her, the lady who then helped us was just rude. Seemed like she was mad she had to go look for a package that was brought back to the post office since it couldn’t be delivered to our house, it’s your job, I get it’s busy but at least have some type of customer service
