Today, Saturday October 18, 2025, our mail carrier left a tub of mail outside the office of our park. She was not our usual driver, so I informed her that no one was in the office on Saturdays and that if she left it outside and unattended, it would likely be stolen. She left the park anyway without retrieving the tub of mail. Myself and another resident moved the unattended mail to a place out of sight.
There were packages and mail just left outside. The driver apparently was not well trained. A note should be put on the route list for subs that no office personnel are here on the weekend. The driver was told by residents but her actions were unchanged. If the Post Office in Casa Grande, 85122 cares to hear more, please leave a direct number to a human with whom I can speak directly, or leave an email for an individual qualified to handle this matter. This is unacceptable.

I’ve been to this post office multiple times and I feel like they don’t even want to help or they give you problems to not want to help you. My first encounter with this post office was with my mother. She wanted to mail something to a PO Box. When I asked for the PO Box number She provided one. They kept asking her for a street name, but a PO Box number does not have a street name. They kept going back-and-forth until finally the person at the counter corrected it. The second time I needed to mail some a small package To an address that was written on a piece of paper. Any other USPS Would enter the address onto a sticker and stick it onto the package. The woman at the counter told me I needed to tape the address onto the package myself. OK, that’s fine. I asked for a piece of tape and she told me that they do not provide those supplies. The third time I was told I needed a return Address on my package. I know for a fact, I don’t have have to put a return address. I asked the woman at the counter if I had to have one and she said it is recommended in case the package gets sent back. I asked if I could use the address at the post office as a return address and she told me I could put that address on there, but if the package gets returned to the post office, the post office will just trash it. I told her it was fine because the contents in the package only cost me 2 to 4 dollars. She continued to tell me that I still needed a return address. So when I asked for the address for the post office, she told me I couldn’t use the address. I didn’t wanna deal with her, so I took my package and walked out To the post office in the next town over in Coolidge and they mailed it out just fine.
This post office needs to fire the employees here because multiple packages have been lost whenever I mail anything to Casa Grande. I am pretty sure these people are stealing. Where can I report this post office?

There were three counter workers and seven customers in line when I arrived. As I type this it's been 30 minutes and still two customers ahead of me....
