- AMApril MarquezDec 30, 20251.0Staff working today have no customer service, I seen an elder woman go to the counter asking for help about a package she mailed out the 1 lady told her she couldn’t help with out specific information, was dismissive to the elder woman & said she had to wait to talk to the lady who helped her at her initial visit, and then told the staff next to her to help her, the lady who then helped us was just rude. Seemed like she was mad she had to go look for a package that was brought back to the post office since it couldn’t be delivered to our house, it’s your job, I get it’s busy but at least have some type of customer service

She had answers for all my questions and was so patient with it all . Thank you post office for having people like her there.

Today I have called them 27 times in a row and I am pressing different numbers and they do not pick up, even though they say if you need to talk to someone please hold and they will answer shortly" wow amazing now I have to take my time to drive 12 miles to go over there and waist my time and gas, it should not be this way when the matter can be fixed over the phone. I should not have to waist more than an hour to get my problem solves. too bad I cannot give them a zero star!!!!!!!!!!!!
