Every year I have received a military discounts, until this renewal. The clerk didn't know how to access the program to renew, she got help. Then she quoted me a price. I pulled out the money, asked if there was a military discounts while presenting my ID. A kurt no, then a requote of the price because they hadn't included the tax in the original. Seems there have been changes and the employee quality has gone down.
