  Rude staff and doesn't ship internationally even though all UPS stores are suppose to accept international packages. Extremely displeased

  I've always had a good experience every visit to this store. Believe me, I drop in quite frequently. The store is always clean, organized and I get in and out quickly. When there is a line, it moves along smoothly. I've never had an issue with a package not being properly handled, processed or shipped. I always get timely service and back on with my day. We do have another local store as an option, but I've continued to use this location for the speedy and kind service and CLEAN, welcoming store.

  I have been told at this UPS store that my amazon boxes are invalid for shipping in, my USPS boxes are invalid for shipping in. That the company logos are invalid and must be covered, taped over, covered in brown paper. On speaking to a friend of mine who works at UPS elsewhere, she was shocked and dismayed at this policy. This is not UPS corporate policy, this is a personal policy of this store. Of this franchise location. This policy makes me spend more money and effort than is needed, and it makes the box less safe in shipping, as covering the box in paper and putting a label on that paper means if the wrapping paper comes off in conveyor belts means the label and my package can be lost in shipping. This is unacceptably bad to me as a personal policy. I have wrapped 10-20 boxes in cardboard brown paper just for this store's policy. How dare you make me spend more money and effort than necessary, how dare you institute a personal franchise decision that could lose my packages in the mail more easily. As for personality and smiles, I just hope UPS and the manager of this store is paying employees well and treating them kindly. Smiling employees can happen when employees are well taken care of.
