- DRDanielle Racke2 days ago3.0FYI: this UPS store is CLOSED ON SUNDAYS (apparently). Hours of Operation currently say open. I assure you, they are not. Frustrating to drive all the way here and not be able to complete tasks. Hopefully you can save yourself the time and gas that I was unable to. Otherwise, have always had positive experiences here.

I tried to print one page and he wanted to charge me $3 for computer use when I gave him my USB port. When i told him that his own son who worked here did not charge it, he blamed his own son and asked me for the money I should have been charged. When I asked for the usb he threw out of anger to me. Also Jessica is the rudest employee I have ever seen in any UPS store. She hanged up on me and treated me like dirt in person. For shipping go to the post office. For copies go to the office max by target. Avoid this place l!!!!!
