- PDPatty DelanoSep 18, 20251.0Time and again I've had very important mail sent priority mail even FedEx. and UPS to this PO. Had to head that way to be sure I got my SSA debit card. They kept sending it back. The stress of it all. It was the worst stress that I have ever experienced. I have more important mail going there soon but who knows if I will receive it. And talk about RUDE employees which I won't even go there. I am already stressing myself just thinking about this problem. Got to be some way to correct this.
- PPPaulMay 8, 20231.0I live on a dusty road, the speed limit is posted, yet your driver ignored the speed limit signs. I have children who live in the home with asthma. Please inform your drivers to be a good neighbor and drive slowly on dusty roads. I even called the 1(800) phone number and they disconnected my call. What kind of service is this? Especially in a small town like Camp Verde. I’ve also reported speeding drivers in person several times and nothing has changed.

They persistently deliver packages sent to the physical address of a business to the PO Box with the same number as the address, then claim it was ‘delivered’. (And therefore not their problem.) Do we even have a postmaster? Who knows. She never deigns herself to emerge from her office to address the hoi polloi. Staff needs to be fired wholesale; maybe then we can get a semi-functional post office. Maybe. Well, probably not, but nothing can be worse than the Camp Verde USPS as it is now.

USPS really bites... horrible, way-overpriced, limited service to individuals yet they they give way below-cost shipping rates & butt-kissing service to Amazon and their ilk so they can offer artificially low prices and push our local businesses into bankruptcy...
