    Tried to ship a package via emailing a label and was refused the plastic slip the label goes in!? Older lady employee (who refused to give me her name) at the store is a terrible employee to represent UPS. This store charges $5 to print a provided label while cottonwood ups charges $1 and employees are friendly and provide the necessary protective slips for the labels to properly ship.

    Use the Camp Verde Post Office instead. The prices are cheaper and the customer service is better. I paid $10 instead of the $19 quoted at UPS. The post office employees were friendly and helpful not abrupt and sarcastic like the woman at UPS. I do have to say that I visited the Cottonwood UPS store a few months ago and their customer service was fantastic.

    If I could give a zero I would. Worst customer service I have ever had. I made a mistake on the package I was shipping. Returned to store 30 minutes later to switch items. Would not help me at all. Stated they were not allowed to. I worked at a transportation company for 35 years. There are exceptions to every rule especially since I was there only a few minutes earlier. TERRIBLE service.

    The worst customer service ever! The associate made a mistake and sent documents to n email that doesn't exist!!! Their system said it sent, not willing to refund! So rude! Never again

    I was dropping off an Amazon return and needed to tape one end of the box, they changed a $1 for one 8 inch piece of tape. The clerk was nice but still dollar for one piece of tape???
