  I have nothing against the CV UPS Store. But I found my “Extremely Urgent” envelope laying in a puddle of water. UPS delivery is virtually unreachable. There’s a phone but it’s automated. Can’t leave a call back, no email address. If you want to leave a note you have to register your ID/ password. All in all, short of going to the CV UPS distribution center, I found it very “unprofessional” for UPS Drivers to ignore “Extremely Urgent” packages laying out where anyone could take them. I’d also left instructions to place the package under my porch, inside my gate.

  June was so sweet and professional. Helped my husband get what he needed printed quickly. Was informative to him and so kind. I normally never write reviews but While in the store a clearly disorderly women started yelling at the worker and talking down to her for simply doing her job. My husband felt so bad for her. It was like watching a grown women throw a whole toddler tantrum, talking down to the employee, and walk out saying rude comments under her breath and throwing her trash on the floor. It's unfortunate that people can not act like adults and be respectful when upset. Great job to the worker for keeping her composure and still providing us with great service.

  Avoid this UPS Store in Camp Verde at all costs. AS OF A WEEK LATER I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT JUNE NEVER EVEN SENT MY RETURN BACK TO AMAZON. SHE KEPT THE PACKAGE AS WELL. THIEF AND SCAM ARTIST I was charged a completely undisclosed $5.50 “email fee” , a fee that did NOT exist when I was helped just one week earlier by a different employee. The owner did not disclose this charge ahead of time and openly admitted there is no sign or notice posted anywhere about it. That alone is deceptive. Instead of acting professionally, the owner spent the interaction complaining about how she doesn’t make enough money and how customers should basically help pay her bills. That is wildly inappropriate and uncomfortable behavior for a business owner. Customers are not there to listen to personal financial rants or be nickel and dimed with made up fees. On top of that, the owner was rude, dismissive, and unpleasant from start to finish. The contrast between her and the younger employee I dealt with previously is shocking, the younger woman was polite and helpful, while the owner was the exact opposite. Hidden fees, no disclosure, bad attitude, and zero professionalism. Do yourself a favor and drive the 15 minutes to the Cottonwood UPS Store instead. This location does not deserve your business.

  I recently had an experience with UPS where I was given the runaround and ended up paying shipping multiple times for a single package. It was frustrating, to say the least. However, June, one of the UPS employees, truly turned things around. Even though she didn’t have the direct tools to resolve the issue, she went above and beyond by coordinating with other facilities and tracking down my package. Her communication and dedication were outstanding, and she made a stressful situation much more manageable. Huge thanks to June for her exceptional customer service and for helping me get my Christmas packages before Christmas!
