  I go here often, I always have returns to do. I've read other reviews , yes sometimes you have to wait. Big deal. As long as you've done everything you've needed to do on your end the returns go easy and your out the door quick.

  Giving it another one star review because the owner still didn’t take accountability for her unprofessionalism. The owner is obviously bitter and one of the least self-aware people I’ve ever come across. Thanks to her a random person was sent a scanned copy of my personal information. It is illegal and a severe violation of company policy for a UPS employee to email a customer's personal information to an unauthorized third party. Such actions violate both privacy laws and UPS's own code of conduct regarding the confidentiality of customer data. I will be filing a complaint with UPS and the better business bureau.

  We visited here to get important legal document notarized. The owner who was the one in charge of doing so showed up an hour late and we worked around her lateness with no complaints. After that we got there and waited for her some more and she proceeded to be extremely rude and condescending towards us even making fun of my signature after we had accommodated her lateness and were kind to her. She then proceeded to mess up the email address that was clearly printed on the paper and sent out private legal document to a random persons email address. We were fed up at this point and when we asked her to send it to the correct email address she huffed and made it sound like an inconvenience even though it was her own mistake. She then redirected the blame onto my boyfriend even though he’s the only one who double checked the documents and caught the mistake. Do not go here.

  Nasty, nasty people who work here. It's honestly worth driving to Rimrock or Cottonwood to avoid these women.

  I have nothing against the CV UPS Store. But I found my “Extremely Urgent” envelope laying in a puddle of water. UPS delivery is virtually unreachable. There’s a phone but it’s automated. Can’t leave a call back, no email address. If you want to leave a note you have to register your ID/ password. All in all, short of going to the CV UPS distribution center, I found it very “unprofessional” for UPS Drivers to ignore “Extremely Urgent” packages laying out where anyone could take them. I’d also left instructions to place the package under my porch, inside my gate.
