They never follow orders on holding mail and/or change of address request. There’s only ONE employee that services BHC, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley, Havasu for keys! If you’re new here in town or simply need a replacement key pray this man doesn’t die soon, becomes ill or goes on another vacation anytime soon. He’s human I get it but Shame on the postal services for NOT having common sense to offer coverage in his absence. This is insane and my mind is still baffled. I have never in my entire adult life heard of an entity that didn’t cross train employee in the event someone calls out or goes on vacation. We’ve been going back & forth for a month now to pick up our mail because this man is the only one doing this job🤦🏽♀️. Shame on usps you need to cross train employees and let mgmt be a team player for once in their life.
