Not only are they EXTREMELY RUDE and dispassionate, but after paying for and being guaranteed my daughter's birthday gift would arrive in three days, my package was HELD IN THE FACILITY for 6 days and is still bouncing from facility to facility. I am heartbroken, as is she. Way to go guys. Booooooo
