The box wasn’t large enough and I purchased another one and told the girl she could recycle my box I brought in. She took the box and threw the confetti I purchased away. She didn’t apologize for it and didn’t seem sympathetic at all. I have always enjoyed my experience here. I will go to the post office next time. Just so disappointed

We had very trouble trying to send a packet to deliver for the past two days. We all took our time trying to communicate with each other, and she was just very patient enough to have helped us the entire time. So thank you for all your help and your kindness and patience along the way.
