- MTMichael TrosenSep 24, 20253.0Not really convenient, convenience is parking in front and walking the 4 steps across the sidewalk. This one, in Walmart, you have to park a half mile walk away, deal with Walmart shoppers clogging the doorways, then walking another half a block to the space. Then you have to do it all again in reverse and fight with the Walmart shoppers clogging the driving lanes in the parking lot.

- SCStan CelestianNov 13, 20211.0I am very, very disappointed with FedEx and with this particular facility. My merchandise was initially scheduled to arrive on Thursday. I needed to be there in-person to sign. I was not going to be home on Thursday so I went online and signed up as a customer to change the delivery date. I requested the package to be held at this office so I could come in and pick it up. The next email I got said the package was delayed and would be delivered on Friday. I signed in again and said NO, please hold the package. I got an email confirming it would be held and I would be notified when it was available for pickup. The next email I got said it would be delivered on Saturday. I assumed "delivered" to the facility. Next email (Saturday morning) stated it was out for delivery. Great, I was at work all day Saturday. The next email said it is now rescheduled for Tuesday. I signed in again and requested it be held at the facility. Then I called the facility and talked to someone, after a 21 minute hold listening to their advertisements... barf. Oh no, you can't change the delivery date and have it held at the office online. You need to TALK to an agent. (!) Are you kidding me! What is the point of even having that option? It doesn't say call someone. AND, get this, it takes 24 hours to take effect. So if I called on Monday it would not take effect until Tuesday, but it will be on a truck for delivery on Tuesday. I thought I did everything right. Who knows when I will get the package and how beat up it will be by the time it gets delivered. I will let the company I purchased the item from know how absolutely terrible FedEx was. UPS - no problem, Amazon - amazing, FedEx - sucks.
