- SCShawn ClarkFeb 19, 20251.0Rented a box for a year from them paid for that box. Was late one week and they sent all the mail I had in this during the paid cycle. I paid during the time the mail came in and instead of doing what I paid for, they sent it back. Unprofessional.
- CSCammy SpencerNov 30, 20222.0When I’m to mail a gift purchased a US postal box and asked for 22 inches of tape so I could pay the counter person to ship it. Much to my surprise she wouldn’t even give me a little tape, instead I am told I need to purchase a whole new roll from them! Never have I had this kind of service at a US Postal Office. Small or large they should have the same standards and quality of customer service and convenience as a larger one. I hope Someone see this that can make a difference.
