This only happened in Bouse. When they send them to Parker we receive them every time. The woman who runs the counter has a terrible attitude.

Much to my surprise she wouldn’t even give me a little tape, instead I am told I need to purchase a whole new roll from them! Never have I had this kind of service at a US Postal Office. Small or large they should have the same standards and quality of customer service and convenience as a larger one. I hope Someone see this that can make a difference.
