- B1Buzz 1958Jan 20, 20265.0It was about a year ago, 2024, that I had dealings with this Post Office. I had no problems with them at all. The only USPS location I've ever had trouble with was with the USPS in Quartzite, AZ. All others have been great. My packages in Benson arrived on time, in good order, and the staff was courteous.

I called and the guy I talked to (wish I remembered his name) took down the correct info and promised to try and fix it. Now, it took 3 weeks for the sender to get me this order and I really didn't want to wait that long again. The package arrived today with no delay. I am very happy with the service I have received

Had an appointment at 2:30 for passport, said I had 10 min to fill out form stopped me after a few min and said my time is up I have to reschedule and wouldn't schedule my next one for me while I was there. I don't think they even deserve a 1 star.
