I am unsure why there are so many complaints about the same person, but nothing is being done to correct the behavior. I came in with a very large package to send to a family member overseas, and was not offered if I wanted help once to lift it on the counter to be weighed. when I asked if he wanted me to lift it on the counter to weigh it, he said yeah and proceeded to give me a dirty look. I’m sorry if you are inconvenienced about doing your job and helping a customer? additionally, told me my package was too heavy to ship but couldn’t give me the weight of the package to see how much could potentially be taken out to still ship it. 0/10 customer service.

Everything for my baby and toddler was stolen out of the package and replaced with four of the exact same book that was supposed to be delivered to residents in Scottsdale and a slip was added to the box that claimed the post office was “sorry about the damage” to my Box. Will only be using UPS and FedEx from now on
