    I visited this USPS location on Saturday, November 1, 2025, around 11:30 a.m., just before closing time. My purpose was to mail an envelope with my wife’s documents for her passport renewal — specifically to get the passport book since she already had the passport card (which was inside the envelope). The young man who assisted me had an excellent attitude from the very start. He asked detailed questions about the package and the application, making sure I had clearly requested the return of the original passport card. He even helped me open the envelope, organize the papers properly, and ensure everything was ready to be processed without any issues. Thanks to his help — and his suggestion to change the shipping option — the package arrived in just two days instead of a week! I’m truly grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Even though it was close to closing time, he treated me with patience, joy, and genuine care. You can tell he loves his job and goes the extra mile to help customers. In a world where good service is getting rare, people like him make your day better. He mentioned he was in charge of the passport applications, and it really shows — his knowledge and positive attitude make a big difference. Thank you so much for your help, and may God bless you!

    This hub is the WORST! I live in a rural area about 2 hours from here and every single package that comes from back east gets stuck in limbo here for days and gets shuffled back and forth to the phoenix hub and after that it'll sometimes go to some random city. Couple years ago this was never an issue, packages would get here smoothly and quickly. I really wish this place would get it together. Ugh!

    1 of the worst facilities my item was taken out the box and stolen, they left box empty and just taped the polymailer. I've made a mail theft report and investigation is in progress which is suggested to involve law enforcement. This facility is not okay to think it's right to steal the items and have the audacity to reseal and send an empty package.

    I was sent a gift for my birthday at the beginning of the month. I live in CA. The package went from TX to AZ in a day. This where the problem began. I live only 3 hours away from here and it should have been here within a day or 2. I wait at least a week and then I call to see if it’s lost or stolen. I’m just wondering what’s taking so long and what happened. The representative I spoke to didn’t have an answer but submitted an inquiry and said someone will reach out in 3 days. 2 days pass and I received an email and the person said that they aren’t sure what happened and don’t know how long it’ll be until I get my package. The day after I get a notification saying my package is now in OK. That’s the opposite direction. I believe they did this on purpose because how convenient it is that after I call then miraculously my package is found but now it was sent to the other side of the country. Why is it in OK. I’m in CA and the package was in AZ. I track the package and a couple days later it’s back here in AZ where the problem started. This post office is awful and after seeing other reviews it appears that packages seem to stay here a long time. They need to do better.

    Ya'll ok over there?!?!? 4 separate packages from 4 separate senders shipped from 4 different states on 4 different dates have been stuck in your dang distribution center since August!!!! Someone needs to send avondale PD to do a welfare check on the post office. Make sure they ain't all dead.
