Packages going into the Avondale AZ post office after Christmas just disappear. Tracking stops as soon as they hit Avondale. 2 of my packages, one from Ohio and one from Idaho, both GONE.

Horrible experience with some uncle Rukus named tory . He got upset I didn’t have a form sheet and he needed to scan 27 bubble mailor packages . The shipping was paid all ready by buyers and he was trying to tell me that I’m gonna get charged 49 cents on top of each order even though it was all ready payed for . I had him void my one package he scanned and took it to the usps in Tolleson where they scanned all my packages no complaints at all! Tory it is your job to scan the packages please find some common sense and do your job!

I live in Phoenix. My package has bounced between Avondale and the Distro Center in PHX for 3 days now. My delivery is estimated at two days out. 5 days to deliver a package within the Phoenix area? It traveled across the country in 2 days. PHX has the worst USPS offices in the world.

Service I’ve received from this post office has been consistently terrible. My packages are either delivered to the wrong address, left out in the open in bad weather, or marked as “delivered” when they’re nowhere to be found. It’s incredibly frustrating to depend on a service that can’t handle even the basics. On top of that, contacting them for help feels impossible. Phone calls go unanswered, and when someone does pick up, they act like you’re inconveniencing them by asking for updates on your own package. There’s zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero respect for customers’ time and belongings. I understand that mistakes happen, but when the same mistakes happen over and over again, it’s no longer a coincidence—it’s a system problem. If you have any other shipping option, use it. This location desperately needs better training, better communication, and frankly, better customer service across the board.
