So I go down there to show them the Pic with my package on there counter, they proceed to say they dont have any packages for me, being very rude and then tell me to file a claim, when the picture clearly shows the package being delivered on there counter. So now im trying to file a claim and its telling me the sender has a very strict restriction. Worsed UPS ever.

However yesterday I went to send two boxes of christmas presents to Colorado for a charity. They tried to charge $180 for 1 package. I asked if this was typical they said, "yes due to the time of year you won't find anywhere cheaper." I was so confused, $180 for 1 package was more than what the contents of the box even contained. I then went to a competitor and was able to send BOTH packages for $73 and they taped it for free. Crazy how a franchise can jack up prices to the point it is no longer affordable for an average person. Needless to say I will not be going back.
