- AAAngelique ArroyoJan 28, 20261.0Do not do business with Primo water! I was a loyal customer for 4 years and after cancelling I asked them to pick up their items and they never did so. After many attempts of me calling to have them pick up ultra items they defaulted in doing so and then sent me to collecting for not returning the water cooler. I offered to drop it off but was told this was not an option it needed to be picked up. Yet they never did! Now I’m being charged over $400 to return an item I was told I couldn’t do! Terrible company!
