The first employee we met was Tony he was very vague and not very helpful. When handing him the item I informed him that I'd like a receipt or some type of proof for dropping it off. Handed me the item told me to go to the iPad at the front of the store scan it and drop it off at the front. I've never done this before I asked for further assistance he said just follow the instructions. While I was up front at the iPad a worker named Malaya was there at the same time, she offered to let us go first however We offered to just wait she then stayed up at the front to further assist us along with understanding the return process; how to get the items scanned and how to get the proof of return. I truly appreciated her attention to customer service, she took the extra time to help us..especially when the first worker wasn't willing to even step out from behind the desk to help. I am giving the 4 stars because Malaya was awesome!✨🌟 She went above and beyond when she didn't have to. Unfortunately My husband and I had to minus one start due to the attitude and mannerism we first were met with. Our advice, just wait for Malaya to assist, to have a great customer service experience, one that FedEx prides itself on.
