What the hell! Is the policy oh his stupid rules

She deserves the credit with what would have been no review.. she made me feel as if it’s worthy of making a note.. Way to go Asia you did a job well done.
- ERErica ReyesSep 29, 20251.0Just make sure your package is taped up before hand. I gave it to them open I don’t know what I was thinking and had items missing on my son’s PC like the Ram. Very sad and feel like nobody can be trusted. My item was worth more then when I file a claim.
- BSBrian S.Aug 18, 20251.0Seems like the same issues with the same person from reading the other reviews of this place. I ship out packages every single day via FedEx. I usually go to the main hub in Phoenix to drop off but was on this side of town so thought I would stop here really quick to simply drop off a couple pre-packaged and labeled boxes. A girl with glasses there asked what was inside the boxes (car parts) and said she needed to open them to verify...mmm ok never once in years at any other FedEx 3rd party ship center or corporate ship center have they requested to open and inspect packages. But I replied that's fine as long as you re-package it and tape it back up. Apparently she did not like that since she then pushed the box back to me and said they won't take it anymore. I was in shock mentally trying to process the absurdity of what just happened...but ended up grabbing my boxes and leaving to another location that simply scanned my boxes in with a smile and pleasant attitude and gave me my drop-off receipt. So quick and simple like it should be- unlike this location and specifically the above mentioned employee. They are unfortunately a poor representation of FedEx and do not recommend anyone coming here.
