  The heavy set man or woman with the name tag June is by far the worst employee we've ever interacted with.not only were they rude and disrespectful, but it was very clearly that they did not care about our business at all. The service is so terrible our company is considering changing our company of choice to UPS. Please retrain your employee and hold them to a better standard. Their attitude this visit was outright unacceptable.

  I just would like to say, Bryan has the patience of a saint. We were having difficulty with the address I was providing. He tried multiple computers, googling addresses to make sure that it was correct. All just to help me get this package off. I think he spent upwards 45 mins - 1 hour trying to help. Thanks again Bryan you’re amazing.

  I’ve been a regular customer at this FedEx location for a long time, but my last two visits were extremely frustrating and disappointing. Both times I dealt with the same employee, and on both occasions I was given a hard time about my package supposedly not being packaged correctly. The first time, I was told the items were moving inside the box. While I didn’t fully agree, I understood and didn’t make a big deal out of it—even though I’ve dropped off packages the exact same way countless times at FedEx, UPS, and other shipping locations without ever having an issue. The second time is where it became unacceptable. I specifically bought bubble wrap and took extra time to secure everything properly to avoid any problems. Despite that, I was again told it was “not packaged correctly” and was pushed to pay extra for FedEx to repackage it. At that point, it felt less about policy and more about being upsold unnecessarily. I ship frequently and have never experienced this at other FedEx locations or with other carriers. The inconsistency and repeated push to upcharge made the experience feel uncomfortable and, honestly, personal—especially since it was the same employee both times. I expect consistency, professionalism, and clear standards. Unfortunately, this location failed on all three during my recent visits.

  I normally go to this location to send stuff to my family but and I never had a problem but for some reason this time they need to add extra padding I should have stayed while they added the "extra" padding because normally they don't need to add it once my family received the package an item was missing which was the video game and key chain I sent.
