They conveniently "forgot" to give my husband the tracking receipt and interestingly the other item I returned along with it instantly refunded once it got going but this item was delayed a day later but it did get refunded. Now a month+ later Amazon tells me I didn't return the original shoe but sent back a different item. Sigh. Be careful with sending your items back and how well they'd are packaged when returning through UPS.
