- GJG JDec 3, 20251.0Tried to get passports at this location. Read online what we needed to bring. Took off work to make the appt time. Lady (also applying for passport) in front of us, was refused due to not having the proper paperwork. When it was our turn, same thing. I told the lady what their website says and she argued with me. Wouldn’t let us apply. I took the same paperwork into another post office with no problem. Filed a complaint, guess who called. The same rude worker that wouldn’t do her job in the first place.

One of the ladies refused to process the application stating both parents needed to apply when the website stated one parent is suffice for minors 16 years old and up. She proceeded to show an outdated manual to support her claim after I informed the website shows differently. The worker was extremely rude and unprofessional. The passport application submitted was approved without both parents (like the website stated).
