- KKKRideXpressFeb 9, 20212.0I just watched a postal worker walk into the public library with no mask, deliver the mail, then walk out... still no mask. being a federal employee, I would assume the executive order requiring masks on federal property would apply to employees, as well. that aside, common sense should have overruled and the employee should have followed guidelines for public settings. you can't really expect much from an office that operates on a "we do things our way" attitude. the postmaster is less than competent... more like too comfortable.
