Left a slip saying unable to deliver my medical insurance cards. Everything else has been able to be delivered. Was told by my insurance that they said the return was made by this post office and I then verified they had the correct address (even though I know they do because a week later received mail by them that the post office returned my cards) I was told to call them and let them know I still have the same address and to please keep sending my mail to my address. They said they have been. Then told “we will send your mail” then hung up on me?? So you can’t deliver mail or have a kind and understanding attitude? Let me just also say this is the second occasion of this we are in may. I should have originally had my cards in January. Then i thankfully went to my insurance to get my daughter and my card info so we can have coverage. Still currently fighting for them to send our mail! It shouldn’t be a 5 month battle and delay. There wasn’t a need for a signature. Both times I was home anyways. If the envelope didn’t fit in my mailbox Do you guys not still drive down driveways?

What good are hours on a post office door if they are not followed. I understand the employee needs lunch dinner or whatever the closing time is for. I also don't understand what the yellow card was for in the box. I have to walk now there is no car. I can't just run back to the post office when I have come and someone should be there. If you can't keep it staffed then at least go back to home delivery.
