- TJTierra JohnsonOct 17, 20211.0My mother had a encounter with Natalie. She is very rude, unprofessional and has not an inkling of customer service. Refusing to date stamp mail that already has postage is ridiculous and truly unnecessary. This is the second time that this has happened- the first time Natalie said " I told you I would freaking stamp it." But unfortunately that mail came back with the stamps off. Beware of this post office. They are not caring, or careful Her blatant disregard for mail and her customers needs to be investigated.

I couldn't tell if their problem was incompetence, laziness, or intoxication but they don't back down from telling the customer how wrong they are every time. I can't get mail delivered to the box at home or the box at the post office. The very disgruntled and confrontational staff and supervisor make it impossible to resolve anything. It's saddening.
